🤍 Last minute orders will be turned away unless we have time & availability. A rush order (orders placed less than 2 weeks prior) will incur & an additional rush fee will be added to your invoice.

🤍 A 50% retainer fee or full payment is required within 48 hours of sent invoice (unless otherwise discussed & noted on your invoice). After 48 hours & payment has not been sent, your invoice will be cancelled.

🤍 A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required UPFRONT for all orders over $200 more than two weeks in advance that goes toward your full payment. The other half or remaining balance is due exactly ONE week before date of event.

🤍 All orders under $200 will be required to pay full price UPFRONT.

🤍 Failure to pay deposit within 48 hours will result in your invoice being cancelled. If the second half of the payment isn't sent within 48 hours of receiving a reminder message, your order will be canceled & you will not receive a refund.⁣

🤍 Last minute cancellations does not mean you will get your money back. 9/10 we have already purchased materials for your order. We may offer you a refund of HALF your payment if discussed otherwise.⁣⁣

🤍 We specialize in buttercream cakes & cupcakes with fondant accents when requested. WE DO NOT OFFER FULLY COVERED FONDANT CAKES!
